Description:
This cake was SO freakin good! I also lowered the fat in it by using egg beaters instead of the eggs, applesauce instead of the oil, and leaving the nuts out altogether.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 bananas
1 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 cup coconut1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Mix everything together. Pour into 3 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Ice with cream cheese frosting.

Swiss Pork Chops
Description:
Easy baked pork chops (or you can throw them in the crock pot)
Ingredients:
pork chops
2 onions, quartered
2 cups beef broth
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp italian seasoning
4 bay leaves
Directions:
Layer pork chops in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix everything else. Pour over pork. Cook 1 hour, 15 minutes, or until done.

Monkey Bread
One of our favorites for Sunday breakfast!
Ingredients:
Frozen bread dough-cut into bite sizes
Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkles:
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Mix together sugar and cinnamon for dipping dough balls into. Dip each dough ball, covering generously. Place in bundt pan no more than 2 layers deep.Mix together all ingredients for sauce in pan. Heat on medium until smooth. Pour over dough.Place in warm spot in your kitchen, letting dough double in size over the next 30 minutes. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.Loosen immediately and invert over plate.

Citrus Cream Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 small box lemon pudding
1 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup applesauce
2 tbsp grated lemon peel
Frosting:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz tub whipped cream
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
Mandarin oranges for topping
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for cake. Batter will be thick. Place in 2 9in cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for25-30 minutes until slightly browned, or until fork comes out clean.While cake is baking, mix together ingredients for icing until smooth.When cake is done baking, remove from oven and cool completely. Ice with icing, then add a layer of mandarin oranges before adding the top layer. Top with rest of oranges. Refrigerate until served.
