6-8 chicken breasts
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp paprika
Rinse chicken. Place in crockpot. Pour lemon juice and onion over chicken. Sprinkle spices over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

PERFECT! I was looking for something to do with my chickey-bird tonight... so it's in the crockpot and we will have a review for you tomorrow! :)
Ok, the flavor was good but my chicken was awfuly dry! Any suggestions?
Did you crockpot it? Mine turned out almost too moist.
You can either try to put a layer of aluminum foil in the top, then place the lid over your crock. This will help hold in more moisture. If that doesn't work, try adding maybe 1/2 to 1 cup of chicken broth to it all.
Yah I think I will put more juice in it... they were trimmed chicken breasts with almost no fat... so maybe that was it. It had a great flavor tho!!
