Grilled turkey club sandwiches

spicy mustard
Texas toast bread
sliced turkey breast (or I used leftover turkey)
sliced tomatoes
sliced cheese
bacon bits
lettuce
cooking spray

Spread spicy mustard on each slice of bread. Stack on turkey, cheese slice, tomato, lettuce, and bacon bits. Grill until each side of sandwich is browned.
