1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 2/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk (or buttermilk)
2 cups blueberries
TOPPING:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
4 tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°.
Coat a 9x9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
Beat sugar and margarine at medium speed of a mixer until blended (about 5 minutes). Add vanilla and egg; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk/buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in blueberries.
Pour into prepared pan. Combine topping sugar and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle sugar mixture over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
