Creamed cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 milk (or buttermilk)
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1 small can of creamed corn

Combine ingredients until well blended. Grease cast iron skillet and place in a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove and spoon batter in. Bake on 450 degrees for 25ish minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
