Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 (4-pound) rump roast roast
2 cups coarsely chopped onion
2 cups low-salt beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Put roast in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, until very tender.

Speaking of roasts... do you have a good Pork Shoulder Recipe? I got a good deal on one... I need to cook it :)
